“How to Write a Eulogy for Your Goldfish” was published in Volume 1 Issue 2 of Plumwood Mountain, an Australian eco-poetics magazine. The poem was written after my fourteen year old goldfish died. I wrote the poem in an attempt to capture the strange feeling of the loss.
